3. Age and Eligibility

All bgd33 services are exclusively for individuals aged 21 or above. No account will be accepted if the applicant is under 21 at the time of registration. If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of a minor, the account will be closed immediately.

bgd33 may request proof of age during identity verification. The platform reserves the right to keep an account inactive if the member refuses to provide this information.

4. Account Security

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Accepting bonus offers on bgd33 is subject to specific terms. In any dispute relating to bonuses, bgd33's decision will be considered final.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This means a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; however, a total of ৳10,000 (bonus × 10) must be wagered before the bonus amount (৳1,000) can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the required wagering has been completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6.3 Other Promotions

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Validity

• A bet will only be considered final once it has been confirmed by the system.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person, or using another person's account.
• Placing bets against oneself or between multiple accounts to meet bonus wagering requirements (arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing, deceiving, or spreading false information about other members.
• Using bgd33's brand, logo, or trademarks without permission.

9. Responsible Gaming

11.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request account closure themselves through customer support. All pending bets must be settled before closure, and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 consecutive months. The member will be notified in advance regarding any balance remaining in an inactive account.

12. Limitation of Liability

bgd33 provides gaming and betting as an entertainment service. By participating on the platform, the member acknowledges that:

• Both winning and losing are possible in gaming and betting, and the member is knowingly accepting the risk of financial loss.
• bgd33 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
